This spacious villa located in the quiet residential surroundings of Braden Crossings has easy access to main roads and is close to restaurants, shops, beaches, sports (e.g. GOLF), cinema and many other activities.
The 30ft heated walk in pool and hot spa uses new technology to create soft water to avoid stinging A special safety fence can be raised to protect small children. The property is completely fenced in at the rear. Table, umbrella, chairs and reclining sunbeds are provided.eyes. There is an outside fan and light for the evenings.
The four bedrooms (2 queen size & 2 twin) sleep up to 8 comfortably. Cots/beds can be added to sleep young children. Every bedroom has a large built in closet and bedside table with lamp.
The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas and armchair with cable TV, DVD, VCR and Hi-Fi plus a separate dining area with lighting for a quiet dinner. Patio doors give access to the pool.
The family room has a large leather corner sofa and its own TV, DVD and VCR.
The kitchen and utility room have every facility from cooker, microwave and fridge with automatic ice-maker to dishwasher, washer and tumble drier. There is a breakfast nook with lighting and you can use the radio/CD player to provide background music. Alternatively, you can watch the TV from the breakfast bar seated on stools.
All towels, beach towels, bed linen, hairdrier, bar-b-que, etc. etc. provided. There is no charge for local telephone calls.
There is maid service between lets. A local management company is on hand for advice and assistance. There is a regular pool service and gardener.
This lovely family home is ideally located for you to enjoy the beaches and warm waters of the Gulf Coast, its water sports, nature reserves, golf, visitor attractions or simply to relax.
