Our home is located in the up-market community of 'Tuscan Ridge' on US 27 a 10 minute drive from Walt Disney World.
The large 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and has its own screened pool and lanai. Accommodating up to 8 people, it provides, not only the ideal base from which to enjoy your holidays in Orlando, but a welcoming and comfortable environment in which to relax after your day's exertions.
The Villa is competitively priced with rental prices starting from only £350 per week (discounts are given for holidays of more than 14 nights).
There is a large family room in the property encompassing a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs overlooking the pool, and a lounge area with 2 sofas, an armchair, cable TV and DVD player.
The house also has another more formal dining room and another lounge area, with more sofas/chairs, cable TV and a DVD player.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed, cable TV and an ensuite bathroom with a corner spa bath, large separate shower and walk in closet. The other bedrooms are a double and a twin, both with fitted wardrobes. These two rooms share the 2nd bathroom, which has a bath with shower over. In addition there is a sleeper sofa in the Lounge. All bed linen and towels are supplied, however we would recommend bringing beach towels for the pool and any visits to the coast or water parks.
The fully fitted kitchen has all the comforts of home, including cooker and microwave, fridge freezer with ice-maker, and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The 26 foot long swimming pool is 5 feet at its deepest and 3 feet at its shallowest and these depths are clearly displayed on the pool cage which protects you from insects and birds, whilst still allowing you to catch the sun's rays. The lanai has sunbeds, and a table and chairs so that you can eat/drink or just sit and relax in the Florida sunshine.
In order to see all of the areas attractions, a car is highly recommended.
