Villa Cantarranas wonderful large detached villa in 21000meters land with pool ,fantastic views , sleeps up to 12 people.
Villa Cantarranas , private , secluded ,yet only 3mins drive from the village of Casarabonela .
Villa Cantarranas sits in 21000 square metre of its own land, covered with olive trees, almonds, pomegranites, numerous shrubs, mountain flowers, and wild birds galore! Eagles glide on the thermal , wild parrots are nearby, it is a bird spotting paradise. It is located a few minutes drive from the picturesque village of Casarabonela. Water is the main income for the village, the quality is second to none. It is distributed all over the Costa Del Sol.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite power shower to master leading on to its own terrace through sliding patio doors. There is a ceiling fan, dressing area also. There is a further bedroom on the 1st floor (small double). The lounge area is huge, there is a patio door which leads out onto enormous terraced area with purpose built BBQ area.

We have installed a fully working fire which keeps the house warm in the cooler months, and also have air conditioning hot/cold for all other climates. The lounge is bright,airy and comfortable, with dining area at one end, incase you want to eat inside. The kitchen has been finished to a high standard, solid oak doors, induction hob, fan oven, built in microwave, large fridge freezer, utility area which has washing machine / tumble drier and a further smaller fridge. The cupboards are full of every home comfort you would need including pans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses etc.

There are a further 2 double bedrooms downstairs, with ceiling fans. Again all decor is bright and airy. The bathroom has a drench shower and has been tastefully decorated.

From the front door you are led into the naya where there is comfortable sofa and chairs, you can enjoy the views over the mountains and enjoy a glass of wine. We do have patio chairs and large table around by the BBQ area also for your use. The swimming pool has everything you could need, shallow steps one end and ladder steps the other (depth approx 2.5 meters) deepest end. It is lit up at night along with the rest of the terraced area and looks truly magical. There is also a outside shower for your use. All terraced area have been landscaped and we have a automatic irrigation system.
