Our brand new spacious apartment is on a small complex in Kapparis with pool and sea view. It is furnished to a high standard and includes all your home comforts such as television (with satellite tv), CD player, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, oven/ hob. and water cooler! The apartment is located in a quiet area between Kapparis and Paralimni giving you a choice of which way to go for food and shops. The local bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk and the nearest beach (a lovely little cove) is about 2 minutes by car. There are more bars, restaurants and beaches in Pernera & Protaras which are 5 minutes by car. There is a communal pool and childrens pool for residents.

Comments: Rates shown are for full weeks only, but we can accomodate any number of days to fit in with flights. The cost will be calculated by dividing the weekly rate into days and multiplying by the number of days required. Holidays that straddle rate changes will be calculated as above but taking the rate change into consideration. Cleaning and air conditioning are included, but we ask that you use the air conditioning in accordance with the welcome file in the apartment otherwise it is inefficient and costly to run. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and a refundable deposit to cover damages and breakages of £100 will be required.
