The balcony terrace looks directly over the promenade and beach - the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks, or a sunny al fresco breakfast.
There are several golf courses within half an hour's drive including the beautiful Desert Springs, Cortijo Grande and Vera.
Right across the road you could choose Mojacar's clean and safe, uncrowded beach for a swim, or simply to sunbathe.
The promenade along the beachside is perfect for an evening stroll and there's a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops all close by.
N.B. Due to unforseen circumstances, the pool is currently closed.
