Lovely, fully equipped villa with views across swimming pool, golf course (There are golf clubs in the villa for your use), mountains and to sea. Situated next to La Siesta Golf Course in Calahonda and facing South West(wonderful sunsets), the house has 2 spacious twin bedded bedrooms, sleeps 4+1 (full size guest bed supplied). Well equipped kitchen, lounge with 2 leather sofas (newly furnished summer 2006/Re-decorated 2008), SKY TV, DVD Player, dining area seats 6, downstairs shower room/toilet and upstairs bathroom/toilet with bidet, bath and shower over. All main rooms have large private terraces/balconies off. In about 1 acre gardens with good sized swimming pool (shared between 6 houses only). There is ample storage which includes fitted wardrobes and a large cupboard. Restaurants/Shops aprox 5 minutes walk. Beaches about 12 mins walk - (or take a stroll down to the beach and come back on the Road Train which runs past our villa. International Tennis and Squash Centre 2 minutes walk, Green Bowls and Horse Riding about 5 minutes drive. Nearest Airport is Malaga which is about a 25 minute drive. No need to hire a car as we are also able to offer a reasonably priced individual transport service from the airport where you will be picked up, taken to our villa, given the keys and shown around the villa. Comments: Please note that the above rates are for the whole villa with between 1 - 4 occupants. There is a small charge of £10 per week for a 5th person to cover laundry costs. If you would prefer to pay in Euros, please contact us for a price. Changeover days are flexible to take advantage of cheap flights - Please discuss at time of booking: Beds are made up ready for your arrival and towels supplied with the exception of beach/pool towels. For holidays of more than one week fresh linen/towels will be supplied for subsequent weeks. As this is our home for part of the year we request that there is no smoking inside the house.
