We are delighted to offer another beautiful property `Toulas House` benefiting from the same spectacular sea views as the Pink House. The house has been re-furbished to a very high standard with air conditioning, Casablanca fans and TV's in every room. It is set out on three levels and sleeps 2-7 most comfortably. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with fitted kitchen equipped with a full sized fridge freezer, microwave, small electric cooker and several electrical appliances including toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all necessary kitchen utensils including pasta sets etc. You will also find a lounge area with TV and satellite receiver/DVD/Video recorder and CD player. There is a wc/shower room on both the ground and first floor, 2 double rooms with balcony on the first floor and a large master bedroom with kingsize bed and separate day bed suitable for a child on the second floor all equipped with tv/video. Outside there is a pretty sun terrace area of course overlooking the sea equipped with small splash pool, barbecue, modern dining table and reclining chairs, side tables, sun loungers, hammock and large parasol.
The resort of Kalami is only 2 minutes away and can be reached by road or on foot via several pathways off the main coast road. It has a pretty shingle beach and its waters are lovely and clear making it perfect for snorkellers and swimmers as well as those who enjoy lazing on the beach, you can also find watersports down in the bay. The resort has several waterfront taverna“s where you can dine day and night serving fine Greek cuisine and fresh fish daily. You will also find 3 supermarkets, 2 bars and tourist offices where you can arrange excursions, an exchange, car hire and boat hire etc.
Occasionally you may meet some of the locals as they wander back up the pathways to their houses shouting greetings to one another, a real chance to live amongst the Greek people and to experience the essence of traditional Greek village life.

The prices shown are per week based on a maximum of 2 sharing, the rate is dependant on the number of occupancy therefore please enquire for further rates i.e. August Rate for 7 guests would be £1299 per week. Also included in the price is a cleaning and linen service twice a week during your stay, together with a welcome pack containing the necessary essentials you will need upon arrival. A more substantial package could be arranged upon. We can provide our clients with a steriliser, stair gates, high chair, cot and pushchair and will try and endeavour to meet any requirements a family with small children may have.
