Luxurious detached villa surrounded by a 1 acre exotic orchard garden of delights for our guests to pick, including bananas, pomegranates, olives, lemons, apples, apricots, gufafa plums, figs, avocados and a further vegetable garden. At the back there is an (owner grafted) scented rose garden. There are superb sea views across countryside to the Sea Caves (500m). Large private swimming pool. Guests have commented on both the quality and the many facilities at this property.
The curtained dining bbq area is a much used addition at the villa.
The traditional village of Peyia and Coral Bay resort with many shops, bars and restaurants are approx 10 mins drive. Ayios Georgios sandy beach and harbour is 5 mins drive. There are a few tavernas within walking distance, the closest being Akamas Taverna just behind. Paphos Town, with its daily fruit and craft market and interesting shops, is approx 30 mins drive.
Built and furnished to a high standard with much attention to quality and detail, and with all bedrooms having a private shower room/w.c., it is perfect for couples, families and groups of adults.

House is on one level: It consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 master double with TV and French doors to poolside, and 2 twin, all with beautifully tiled en-suite shower and w.c.
The large air conditioned kitchen/diner/lounge is comfortable and exceptionally well equipped and opens on to lovely large terrace, overlooking the pool and sea. Guest w.c. The accommodation has mosquito netting at all windows which is particularly handy at night time. Brick built BBQ. Curtained pergola for shade.
Outside: Private pool with wide Roman steps. **Joanna villa next door steps are full width of pool. Large private pool with lighting and handrail. Back garden equipped with seating areas and built in brick BBQ area with food preparation area, mature garden, private parking and shaded area, large covered front terrace with seating, overlooking pool, sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture.
