Situated in the heart of the countryside, 300m from village. Best views on the island. P E A C E F U L. This house has been built using traditional stone and wooden beams. It is spacious and furnished to a very high standard and has the benefit of a fireplace for cooler months. It may be suitable for guests with disabilities as there is a ramp with handrail from house to poolside and downstairs bedrooms/shower rooms as below. Not recommended for young children.
Downstairs:
· The open-plan lounge is 11m x 5m and is comfortably furnished and has a TV, DVD, CD player and moveable fan.
· Open plan dining area. French doors to poolside.
· This area is mainly flat and has a ramp at the front door.
· Ramp to pool. Steps with handrail to pool.
· Two twin bedrooms ( wide beds) and 2 x adjoining shower/w.c are downstairs.
· One shower has flat floor and shower curtain, suitable for a wheelchair, doors downstairs are 81cm wide.
· The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
· The private pool is not overlooked at all, measures 4m x 8m, and has Roman steps and a hand rail. Pool side is illuminated at night, and the pool has wonderful Auroral effect coloured lighting for nightime.
· The garden is equipped with quality sunloungers, umbrellas, outside shower and b.b.q etc.
Upstairs:
· Double bedroom with adjoining bath, shower and W.C.
· Upstairs terrace 11m x 5m with wonderful views.
