High quality, brand new, 3 bedroom air conditioned villa in the heart of Protaras. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Parmaville, which sleeps up to 8.
The villa is fully equipped and furnished to a high modern standard. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas and, an entertainment console featuring LCD flat screen TV (satellite not Sky channels), DVD player, CD player and PlayStation 2. Patio doors lead on to a very spacious terrace furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols and a BBQ. Adjacent to the terrace is an 8x4 private pool and pool shower.
The open plan kitchen/diner has a table seating 6 people and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sleeping accommodation is provided by way of two double and one twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom and a guest cloakroom. The balcony provides good sea views that add to the charm of this high quality villa.
Welcome pack provided on arrival and linen/domestic towels are changed weekly. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Outside there is parking for two vehicles. Safe deposit box provided. A baby cot and high chair can be provided if ordered on booking.
