Description
This 3 bedroomed exquisite villa is situated within a fruit orchard in a private drive, (leading to the villa only), between Paphos and Coral Bay. The villa has a lovely 100% secluded private pool and wonderful uninterrupted views over the hills, and sea views. Although the villa is fully air conditioned, the curtains have insulated linings, which, along with the marble floors, keep the villa cool in summer. There is a pecan nut grove in front of the villa, and olives groves and fields around it. The villa is secluded but not isolated.
The sandy beach, and a good selection of local shops, bars, restaurants are between 4 + 10 minutes walk. The popular Kasparis Taverna is just 3 minutes walk away and the mini market is 1 minutes walk. This location is close to the Tombs of the Kings area in Paphos, which offers a varied selection of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
This villa is perfect for guests who do not wish to drive, and the regular bus service between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay runs approx every 15 minutes. Bus stop is 5 mins walk.
The villa has air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and in the lounge.
The curtains have insulated linings (against the sun,) and this feature keeps the villa much cooler. New pergola for 2006.
BBQ. Private garden and drive.
The secluded private pool 8.5m x 4.5m is illuminated at night. Poolside is equipped with 6 sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture.
Paphos Town is 3km and Coral Bay is 10 minutes drive.
The sea is just 200m, and a good selection of bars, restaurants and minimarkets, are closeby, from 200m approx. The local bus, (which runs regularly between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay), is 300m. A car is not essential. Paphos Airport transfer 25 minutes. Taxi for 4 CY£15 approx. I can arrange this.

Just a quick note to say thanks for organising a great week for us at Lauren Beach Villa. Everything went to plan and the villa itself far exceeded our expectations - it made a nice change for us to have a villa holiday where a car was unnecessary. A few comments on the local restaurants (all walking distance from the villa) which you may find helpful:
Caravelle Restaurant - excellent food (new chef, we spent a long time chatting with his Romanian wife!) and great service. Friendly bar upstairs.
Pazzo Pomodoro - very recently revamped Italian restaurant, only reopened the week were there. Outstanding food and presentation, a bit more formal than the other restaurants. Not cheap but still very good value for the quality.
Poppadums Indian Tandoori - fantastic Indian food, far better than the average Indian restaurant in the UK. Good value.
One other comment - we did try to find the way to get to Polis by bus, but without success - none of the people we asked seemed to know where to pickup the bus (somewhere in Coral Bay??)..... so it might be worth just leaving details at the villa - just an idea! Anyway it gives us an excuse to return!
Overall, a brilliantly relaxing holiday. We will be back!!

What a fabulous time we had in Cyprus at Villa Lauren Beach. The villa was super and of course everything else followed. Nick from CY-Breeze was waiting for us and the car was great, we certainly got around and usually ended up by the pool relaxing.
