This privately owned villa is situated on the Esprit community just a 10 minute drive from Disney. The villa features a MASTER BEDROOOM with large en-suite, a second DOUBLE and two TWIN BEDROOMS sharing a second bathroom. It has a fully equipped KITCHEN WITH BREAKFAST ROOM adjoining the large FAMILY ROOM with 27' cable TV and DVD player. There is a second LOUNGE area and a formal DINING ROOM. A DOUBLE GARAGE and UTILITY ROOM complete the interior rooms. The villa is fully air conditioned. Outside there is an extra large south facing screened deck area along with a heatable PRIVATE POOL. Sun loungers and a patio table and chairs are all provided along with a gas barbecue.
All linens and towels are provided and the villa is managed by a nearby caretaker who can be easily contacted in an emergency.
