Princesa Ico is a delightful little complex of just 16 one bedroom ?chalet style? apartments, which are also a firm favourite with returning customers. Princesa Ico is just across the road from ?Club Oceano? our main complex and therefore enjoys the same excellent location and use of all the facilities at Club Oceano, including reception, Bar, swimming pools and Jacuzzi. Princesa Ico has become known for its tranquil setting and the sun terraces are spacious, clean and well supplied with sun loungers.
All 16 apartments benefit from a south facing sunny patio or balcony and a view overlooking the pool. Accommodation comprises of a twin bedded bedroom (beds can be made up into a double bed upon request) with en-suite bathroom which has no bath but a big walk in shower, a living room with open plan modern kitchen equipped with oven, grill, hob, refrigerator, kettle and toaster ? all electric ? and a small breakfast bar. There is also an iron and ironing board in each apartment. Safes are available for rent. Towels and bed linen are supplied together with our excellent maid service. The large balcony has a table and chairs, for eating outside. This is definitely a place for sun worshippers!
The apartments are suitable for two adults and a child up to 12 years old. Some of the apartments downstairs have double communicating doors suitable for larger families or friends.
