The Bungalow is a beautiful detached villa with its own private heated pool. The Bungalow is in a very quiet and secluded position, yet in a very central and desirable area of Puerto del Carmen. It is very close to the beach and main beach front promenade (3-4 minutes walk) and close to the old town centre (10-12 minutes walk). We have recently completely refurbished the whole villa including the new heated pool, kitchen, bathrooms and tiling throughout, and everything is like new.
The Bungalow is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished with quality furniture. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric ceramic hob, full oven and grill, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 lovely bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and the other with big walk in shower) which are fully tiled with marble vanity units. The villa has a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. There is satellite TV and a DVD player and there is also a safe included.
Outside living is encouraged and to this end the villa is supplied with ample sun loungers, umbrellas and patio table and chairs. There is a BBQ and the Bungalow offers the ideal atmosphere for outside dining.
