Dunas do Mar is a beautiful brand new luxury apartment complex situated in a prime location, close to the Meia Praia Beach, the Marina de Lagos and the centre of the historic town of Lagos all within a 5-15 minute walk.
All the three bedroom apartments in this complex have private terraces with built in BBQ and views over towards the town or sea with outdoor furniture for some al fresco dining.
There is a spacious living area with seating for all the family and dining area, satellite TV, DVD and airconditioning, the patio doors from the living area open out to the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have use of the second house bathroom, all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The fully equipped kitchen is situated off from the entrance hall with dishwasher, washing machine and all modern appliances.
The lovely spacious pool area is well equipped with sun loungers, there is a large shared pool in the centre of the terrace and a smaller children’s pool, and there are covered cabana style areas plus outside toilet facilities. Some of our apartments are situated on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool area.
