Our house is on three levels with large solarium on the roof giving views over salt lakes and distant mountains. Three bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes the master bedroom having its own separate balcony ideal for your morning breakfast as it catches early morning sun which lasts all day. Two bathrooms one upstairs and a small shower room with toilet and wash basin on ground floor. The large lounge diner is furnished with two sofas dining table and chairs, The separate kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob fridge freezer and washing machine plus all of the usual things like toaster kettle crockery etc. The villa is on the outskirts of a very Spanish village called Los Montesinos here you will find many local shops a small supermarket and some very good restaurants. Outside of our property is a beautiful enclosed pool this is solely for the use of a small number of residencies including ours. also there are childrens play areas with swings etc. this is a lovely area with friendly people and close to all the amenities that the southern costas has to offer. there is a new supermarket within 100 meters of this property which holds all items you need including fresh meat and fish, also 2 bars a restaurant and ladies hairdresser and nail bar
