VILLA KRISTIANA is wonderfully located in a private road just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants in the popular Coral Bay resort.
Paphos is a short drive away alternatively there is also a regular tourist bus service from the nearby stop.
Beautifully appointed with high quality furniture and fittings, this fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom villa with private pool provides a luxurious base for your holiday in Cyprus.
Both the large first floor balcony and pool terrace have excellent sea views with a south western aspect that provides a superb position for enjoying the sunset.
The entrance hall leads to a large living space with comfortable seating for 6 people and an oak dining suite with seating for six, TV with DVD player.
Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace where there is a large patio table and six chairs. Loungers are provided round the 8 x 4 pool.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample cupboard space and a door to the car port. Downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs are three air conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite facilities and a balcony with sea views. There are a further two twin rooms.
The property is serviced on a weekly basis and includes all linen and bathroom towels.
