Nerja is 1 1/2 hours drive from the Sierra Nevarda skiing range, also on route is the world famous Alhambra Palace,(well worth a visit)Just four minutes by car from the villa you will also find the famous 'Cuevas de Nerja'.One of the persons who found the caves has a restaurant on the beach which is also quite famous, as his paella is cooked on the beach in an enourmous pan.You can not miss it the name of the restaurant is 'Ayo'
If you want to walk into town from the villa it would take you approx, 20 minutes, and a taxi back at any time of the day or night is just 5 euros.
