TALA CREST VILLA, TALA VILLAGE, PAPHOS
Set between open meadowland and olive groves in a very quiet position, Tala Crest occupies a large plot at the end of a cul-de-sac.
There are tiled floors throughout with an impressive marble staircase to the first floor.
First Floor - 3 Bedrooms. Comprising two double bedrooms (one has an en-suite shower room) with king-sized beds; a further twin-bedded room and separate family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobe/cupboards in beech veneer, with dressing and bedside tables. A cot and z-bed are also provided. There is an additional charge if the villa is occupied by seven people (excluding babies).
The two double bedrooms share a large veranda.
Ground Floor - Open plan with a large well-furnished lounge/sitting room with TV. The fully fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces, oven/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle, ample cutlery, iron and ironing board. There is also a large dining area with table and chairs. Downstairs WC.
Patio doors lead onto the spacious covered patio with table and chairs and BBQ. Outside, the villa has landscaped gardens, a Roman-ended swimming pool and sun-beds.
Off road car parking is available. A complimentary first day provision pack is supplied. All linen and towels are provided but NOT beach/pool towels.
Tala Crest is approx 1 km from the centre of Tala Village and 8 km from Paphos Town, where there are numerous designer shops, supermarkets, tavernas and bars. Coral Bay with its long stretches of golden sand and water sports is approx 4 km away.
