Detached Castellion style luxury villa with exceptional mountain & distant sea views
The villa is set, with other similarly large and exclusive individual villas, in a desireable residential location two miles along the coast, ten minutes by car, from the small coastal town of Moraira (25 mins walk to beach).
Built on the top ridge of a pine covered hill straddling two valleys, south-west facing with all-day sunshine, it enjoys an elevated position affording stunning views of the various distant inland valleys and the Bernia mountain ranges which act as a backdrop to the most mesmerising sunsets.
The villa was built in the Castellion style, with an interesting bright circular principal room taking full advantage of the surrounding countryside. The position and design enables the villa to keep cool during the heat of the day. There are ceiling fans in principle bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
