Casa Fole is a three bedroom modern-style luxury villa. It can sleep a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with all the facilities you would expect, including dishwasher and washing machine.
The reception is built around the traditional Algarve wood burning stove (for those cooler winter evenings). It has satellite TV, music system and telephone. Stairs lead up to the kitchen and roof terrace. Patio doors opening into the garden.
The villa is situated in the countryside, approx. 25mins by car from Faro airport(a car is essential). It is 12mins from Vilamoura, and 20mins from Albufiera. Due to its elevated position at approx. The views, especially down the valley to the coast, are wonderful.
The villa benefits from a completely enclosed & private garden, with a shady vine & bouganvillea covered pergola for alfresco dining. The garden is generously planted, as can be seen from the photographs. The swimming pool is 4m x 8m, and runs from 1m depth down to a little over 2m.
The surrounding countryside is farmland, with olive, almond, fig, and other fruit trees in abundance. It is a short walk down to the local village of Tenoca, which although very small, does have a couple of bars/cafes and a good quality restaurant. About a mile inland from the villa, the land drops away in spectacular fashion to the valley nature reserve - a delight for nature lovers.
Casa Fole is managed by an English couple who live locally in Quartiera. They will ensure that your stay is thoroughly enjoyable, and deal with cleaning & linen change (twice per week), garden upkeep, and pool maintenance.
